As per the staff, the handwash sink located in washroom is used for washing hands. Correction: Ensure that adequate handwashing stations are available for staff working in the kitchen. Install liquid soap dispenser near the large dishwashing sink for staff to use it for handwashing. Ensure that both liquid soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser are stocked at all times. Follow-up inspection conducted to routine & follow-up inspection. - The facility has installed a liquid soap dispenser on the wall near large dishwashing sink. - Both liquid soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser were stocked at the time of inspection. - Adequate supply of hot and cold water was provided. Ensure that the staff uses the handwash station provided in the food prep area.
