Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
Hot holding measured at 60C or higher.
Pest control report reviewed on site. Routine pest control service in place.
QUATS sanitizer pails measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
General food storage practice is adequate.

Follow up inspection to be conducted in a month to assess fruit fly activities.
