Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATS sanitizer solution in the 3 compartment sink and buckets measured at 100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer solution was prepared by a staff member at the time of the inspection. Prepare new sanitizer solutions reguarly to ensure effectiveness of sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station by the cash registers had no liquid hand soap available.
Corrective Action(s): Hand soap dispenser was refilled by a staff member at the time of the inspection. Hand washing stations must be equipped with hot/cold water, liquid hand soap and paper towels at all times.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted.
Observations:
- Hand washing stations at the back equipped with hot/cold water, liquid hand soap and paper towels.
- All cooler units at less than or equal to 4C.
- All freezer units at less than or equal to -18C.
- Hot held food at 60C or higher, food is time tracked. Fried chicken held for 1.5 hour, popcorn chicken and veggie patties are held for 45 mins, gravy a held for 4 hours. Food products are discard if they are not sold within the holding time.
- All food products are stored at least 6 inches/15 cm off the ground and properly covered. Time stamps are available for all products.
- 3 compartment sink available for mechanical dishwashing.
- Ice machine is clean, ice scoop is stored outside of the machine.
- Temperature records are available.
- Disposable gloves are being used by employees.
- No signs of pest activity. Ongoing contract with pest control company.
- General sanitization is satisfactory.

- No self serve condiments or drinks (only canned and bottles)
- Max occupancy of 10 customers
- Physical distancing markings available
- Plexiglass barriers available at the cashier registers

- High touch surfaces are disinfected with Health Canada approved disinfectant.
