Inspection conducted to follow up on oustanding violations from previous routine inspection (ABAI-BFARWJ): - Lights above dishwashers have sleeves - Scoop for ice was stored outside of the ice in a separate container - Washroom door outside of kitchen is now self closing - Required cleaning has been completed - Container of 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution centrally located in the kitchen food preparation area - Required cleaning has been completed - Hose for cleaning has been removed. ** This is only to be used during cleaning items when there is no food preparation taking place ** - Corner of the wall of the walk in cooler has been repaired and painted
