Observation: A small number of droppings were found on and underneath the food storage shelves. The droppings were found on the first shelf and along the wall, as discussed with the supervisor on site. The facility has a contract with a pest control company.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the droppings today and monitor. Recommend placing food in pest proof containers.

Temperature records are up to date.
Room temperature holding of condiments is digitally tracked now.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets were at 100 ppm.
Quats sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink was at 200 ppm.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
