Owner adjusted the dial and temperature did drop but is still reading 8.5C. Owner adjusted dial again and if the temperature cannot be maintained at 4C, call to service the cooler and retain the service report. Will follow up with cooler next Monday.
Nothing stored in handwashing station today, bleach sanitizer made in the front and back. Reminded operator to change the solution more frequently.
Observed a metal insert of potatoes being cooled at time of inspection, food was not covered and not stored in cooler right away.
