- Handsink is stocked
* No sanitizer was available but the operator prepared 100ppm chlorine sanitizer at the time of inspection. Ensure to use this solution to sanitize work surfaces.
* High temp dishwasher was connected to detergent only. No rinse aid available at the time of inspection. Obtain a commercial rinse aid.
- High temp dishwasher reached >71C at plate's surface.
- Temperatures of all coolers measured 4C or below. Thermometers present.
* Vent hood needs cleaning. The operator noted that service is scheduled for August 26th.
* Ensure to store cut up potatoes in the walk-in cooler during non-rush hours.
- FOODSAFE level 1 certified employees present
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
