Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on March 13, 2024, regarding care and supervision.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, CCTV footage and documentation.

Licensing confirmed the following:
- The facility did not meet staff to child ratio.
- Groups were mixed for longer than legislation allows.

Therefore, the following contraventions to the Child Care Licensing Regulations were cited:
Section 34(2)(b) and Section 34(4)(b), Group sizes and employee to children ratios.
