Observation: Ice machine has mildew build up inside the machine. Machine cleaned and sanitized every 6-8 weeks.
Corrective Action(s): Empty machine of all ice, clean machine by scrubbing the mildew then sanitizing with bleach and allow machine to refill with ice by Friday March 24/23

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher at 0ppm Chlorine, the container of sanitizer was empty. Dishwasher at 0ppm, the container of sanitizer was 0ppm and pale in colour.
Corrective Action(s): Once containers were changed and primed, both glasswasher and dishwasher were at 50ppm chlorine. Staff have chlorine test strips to check concentration however they aren't being used. Ensure glass washer and dishwasher are being checked daily. Log sheet provided to operator.
