-Handsink in pizza area accessible. Table has been moved slightly so as not to obstruct sink -Pest control report provided at time of inspection. Technician was on-site today. Additional traps have been placed. Technician is on-site every 2 weeks. Follow recommendations of the Pest Control Technician. -Droppings have been cleaned up. Continue to monitor and clean up any droppings noted. -Holes have been plugged with steel wool. -Manager has completed Foodsafe level 1 refresher course -High temperature dishwasher was repaired. Final rinse temperature at dish surface was 75.1 deg. C (min is 71 deg. C).
