Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - B2XR3V: Preparation cooler inserts at 4-5 degrees C. Lower section at 4 degrees C. Paper towels in new holders at the front hand sink and back staff washroom hand sink. 100ppm bleach available for use in container. Reminder to always stores wiping cloth in this solution when not in use. 3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Ensure all coolers, freezers, and hot holding is checked on a daily basis. Keep records available for review at all times.
