Observation:
General cleanliness of facility needs improvement, especially in the following areas:
- Underneath and behind grill and fryers
- Underneath shelving units
- Under juice/coffee stations
- Dispensing knobs of all beverage machines (coffee, juice, pop, etc.)
- Flooring up to back wall throughout premises
- Hard to reach areas

Operator informed that a deep cleaning and organization is underway for the facility. Ensure to organize storage areas and keep all food products off the floor at all times.
Corrective Action(s):
Clean and organize all areas listed above. To be corrected by December 13, 2017.

Comments

Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
- Chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in multiple containers = 100 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution - very good.
- QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- QUAT sanitizer at 3-compartment sink dispenser = 200 ppm.
- Ice machine clean. Ice scoop stored in designated holder.
- Operator informed that ice machine cleaning is done monthly and due for cleaning shortly.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Monthly pest control in place.
