Gap exists in back door. This gap has been pointed out by Pest Control Technician multiple times. .

Pest Technician services facility once per month. Bait for cockroaches is applied once per month (last two inspections)
Facility MUST improve cleaning. Facility has faced NUMEROUS CLOSURE ORDERS. Facility must be well maintained to continue to operate.
