A follow up inspection was completed, the following observations made: - Cleaning of the floor behind + beneath the dishwasher and 2-comp sink completed - The mice droppings + bodies have been cleaned up and removed. - The openings in walls have been blocked. ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN 1) Clean shelves found below prep tables 2) Clean exterior surfaces of food containers 3) Clean floor behind and along the walls of the prep area (across from dishwasher) 4) Found hole in wall behind leg of prep table. The steel wool is not packed tightly. Cover hole with metal mesh (1/4" or small) or metal plates/metal flashing.
