Observation: Walk-in freezer light observed to be broken/deem. WAlk-in freezer measured at -9C air ambient temperature. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): Service the walk-in freezer light to ensure proper lighting inside the walk-in freezer and temperature to hold an air ambient temperature of -18C or lower. Corrected by: December 2, 2022

Observation: Vegetable dicer observed to have built-up of food debris.
Correction: Disassemble the vegetable dicer after each-use. Clean and sanitize with chlorine sanitizer measured at 100-200ppm. Corrected by: Today.

Follow-up Inspection Conducted today for report#JCHY-CEXTP4.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CEXTP4 have been corrected.
-Vegetable dicer observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure Vegetable dicer is disassembled, cleaned and sanitized after each-use.
-Chlorine sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm in the kitchen area.
-All handwashing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All paper towel and liquid soap dispensers are stocked.
-All raw and marinated meat observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor in the walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler.
