Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No food-contact surface sanitizer was readily available for use at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff prepared bleach solution. Tested to be at 200ppm (chlorine residual).
Ensure food-contact surface sanitizer is always available for use during all hours of operation.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Back hand sink was storing cleaning items, and a broom and dustpan were stored directly in front of it.
2) Front hand sink was missing soap and paper towels - dispensers were empty.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Do not store any item in or in front of any hand sink, as hand sinks must be easily accessible (and unobstructed).
2) All hand sinks must be properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in designated dispensers. Staff refilled dispensers at time of inspection.
Bot items above are repeat violations. Future non-compliance will result in enforcement action being taken.

- Three-compartment sink maintained in sanitary conditions, sink drain plugs available.
- Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Prep cooler measured at 2C.
- Chest freezers measured at -18C or colder
- Hot-held items (sliced donair meats and rice) were measured at 60C or hotter.
- Secondary cook step is being done for sliced/shaved donair meat from cones - good. After secondary cook step on flat-top grill, sliced meat is placed into hot-holding units.
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions. General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
- Dry storage area satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Staff onsite had valid FoodSafe certificate (or equivalent)
