Follow-up Inspection:
-garlic mixture stored in the fridge -operator is only take enough that will be used within 2 hours if stored at room temperature -any leftovers discard
-Sanitizer buckets tested at >100ppm chlorine residual -towels left in sanitizer when not being used
-Vast improvement in the level of sanitation in the restaurant regarding the kitchen floors, walls, fridge cavities -maintain. Lighting has been replaced and illumination of the kitchen much brighter
-Handsinks adequately stocked and clear for use -the cleaning hose is only to be attached to the 2-compartment sink when needed
