-Follow-up inspection to July 19, 2016.
-Upright cooler has been serviced and was at 4C. Technician added refrigeration gas to the cold holding unit.
-Remainder of cleaning has been carried out in the restaurant.
-Chicken was being cooled properly in single layers on shallow trays at the time of inspection - chicken was probed at 4C.
*Ensure staff store scoops in a sanitary manner - do not store scoops inside ingredient containers.
