Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CCKSSE:

No cold potentially hazardous foods observed stored at room temperature.
Preparation cooler servicing pending. Ensure unit is capable of maintaining 4 degrees C or less at all times.
Better organization in the walk in cooler with all food products covered adequately. A few food containers still observed stored on the floor. Continue to reorganize the walk in cooler.
Ensure scoops and other dispensing utensils are stored outside of food products.
All hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in spray bottles. General sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular bleach to 1 gallon of water.
Operator and manager to retake FOODSAFE level 1 or an equivalent course.
Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and freezers. Have records available for review at all times.
