Counter top hot holding unit - spacer has been removed from chicken insert, chicken internal temperatures 69 - 83 C

Required premise cleaning completed.
- Walls, ceiling restored. Some ceiling panels were replaced.
- Ventilation hood has been professionally serviced, all grease build-up removed

Oversized delivery boxes have been removed from premise. New storage bins are sized to fit within dishwashing sinks available.
