Routine inspection: premise currently not in operation. Permit to operate posted in plain view of the public. Additional staff to take FOODSAFE prior to start of season at the end of September. Reminder when in operation to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and have a 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available for use. Bar cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Coca Cola cooler at 4 degrees C. Additional cooler not used for cold storage. Back storage area cooler at 3 degrees C. Hot dog roller, hot holding unit, and pop corn machine not in use. Pop dispensing machine to be removed. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 2 compartment sink available for use. Bar glass washer available for use. 12.5 to 25ppm iodine during the final rinse cycle.
