Condiments station to be set up in cafe area (milk, cream, sugar, lids etc) Hole to be cut in counter and waste can underneath for coffee grounds. Back storage area will have a refrigerator and freezer. Currently has 3 comp sink. Planning on doing "large order" prep in this back area. NOTE: May be required to install a handsink if any food prep done at this location Food Safety Plan to be submitted Freezer still too warm at -8C Condiments cooler too warm at 12C Cleaning is progressing.
