Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no container of bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for staff to use. Spray bottle labeled quats sanitizer 0ppm in concentration. Unalabeled spray bottle 0ppm quats or 0ppm chlorine. Ensure during operation a 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quats sanitizer solution is prepared and available for use.

Corrective Action(s): Operator to replace this cooler. Until it is replaced do not use. Ensure all cold potentially hazardous foods are stored at or below 4 degrees C. Correct by July 5, 2023.

Observation: New walk in freezer is being installed in the back area. Staff washroom remains and is available for use. Staff room has been removed accomodate the new walk in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): In the future, contact the health department to discuss alterations to a food premise. Ensure any City of Delta requirements are met for the installation of this walk in cooler and upgrade to the hot water tank system. Clean and sanitize the interior of the walk in freezer. Shelving to be installed inside along with an accurate indicating thermometer. Ensure unit is at or below -18 degrees C prior storing food. Followup inspection required.
