Food safety plan (sous-vide) reviewed previously - ok.
Keep temperature records.
Large walk-in cooler, prep/drawer cooler, and domestic fridge are all at 4 C or colder - good.
Hand washing stations have liquid soap and paper towels.
Commercial dishwasher has a chemical sanitizing rinse.
No food prep in the back food storage room - good.
From previous inspection: Paint has been purchased to re-surface the walk-in cooler door - OK to do this in January 2017.
