Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of available sanitizer solution upon arrival of EHO.

Sanitizer solution was made during inspection. EHO provided direction for staff.

Corrective Action(s): Staff need to be making sanitizer solution prior to the start of food production. Staff need to be taught to how to make sanitizer solution and when to use sanitizer solution.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of paper towels at ALL hand sinks observed during inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure that staff have adequate supply of items required to wash hand sinks prior to start of shift. Liquid soap and dispensing unit, paper towels in dispensing unit and both hot and cold water must be provided at all hand sinks. Ensure going forward this is occurring.

- Three functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Back door closed during inspection and tight fitting
- Vegetable choppers in good sanitary condition
- All containers used to store lids/utensils/etc. in good sanitary condition
- Staff Personal items kept separate from kitchen equipment


EHO to return next week. Ensure plumbing issues have been resolved - specifically the rag at the produce washing sink has been removed and the cold water at the three compartment sink is made available.
