Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chicken noodle soup was measured at 50C in the hot holding unit. Manager notified and they corrected the issue.

-Hand wash station fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water
-All coolers (walk-in, prep, reach-in and soda) were at 4C
-All freezer units were below -18C.
-3 compartment sink sanitizer achieves 200ppm QUATs.
- Soda dispenser maintained in a sanitary manner
-Thermometers available
-No signs of pest activity. Pest company is scheduled bi-weekly
