Comments

Sewage back up into premises requires specific clean up and disinfection procedures. Perform the following:
- Remove blockage and residual food debris from sewer drain lines. Ensure pipe network properly remedied to prevent future back up.
- Remove ponding effluent from floor of premises.
- Mop floor using standard floor cleaner and degreasing agents.

**Disinfect the entire kitchen floor and lobby (traffic areas only) by using the following:
Bleach solution at 1 part bleach to 10 parts water or 1000 ppm as per standard bihazard clean up. Leave the solution on floor for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove using standard mop up procedures. Throw out mop head afterwards.

Premises to remain closed until follow up inspection completed.
