Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-CFVPXU -Bleach solution noted at 100-200 ppm chlorine solution - available through out facility now -Decrease in fruit fly numbers noted in staff washroom and by potato peeler unit -Spaced under potato peeler appears to be in more sanitary condition - ensure this area is more regularly cleaned to prevent build up of food debris Correction still required: 1. Repair/ cover hole in upper wall behind trays **Operator says repair appointment tomorrow **Once repaired send photo to FHA 2. Central handsink knobs covered in dirty cloths **Look at better options to make use of handsink easier - ideally hand-free operation of handsink or equivalent due to heavy use and soil level
