Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hi-temperature dishwasher is not working properly. Maximum temperature noted was 62.6oC. Operator noted the breaker was turn off. Turned on breaker again. Temperature on plate noted at 68oC, as per min-max thermometer, still not reaching the minimum requirement of 71oC on plate.
Corrective Action(s): In the meantime, until dishwasher is fixed, follow these procedures:
1. Wash and rinse in dishwasher
2. Soak in sanitizer in sink for 2 minutes
3. Air dry

Observation: Health permit is not posted. Replacement form was provided for operator last routine inspection but has not been submitted.
Corrective Action(s): Health permit must be posted where the public can view it. This has been noted in 2 previous routine inspecitons. Failure to comply may result in further enforcement action (ie. order, ticket). Replacement form provided again.

Observation: 1. Empty cardboard boxes noted inside facility and outside delivery door
2. Screen for kitchen door is broken.

2. Fix screen to prevent pests entering into facility
