Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Built-up of grease, food debris, and single-use containers and packaging observed underneath the deep fryer area, grill area, and coffee area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned areas to prevent build-up of grease, food debris, and single-use containers/packaging. Review and follow facility's Sanitation Plan on daily cleaning and sanitation of premises.

Observation: Milk dispenser next to the drive through window measured at 11.8C air ambient temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Service the milk dispenser next to the dirve through window to measure at 4C or lower prior to using it to store cream and milk. Corrected by: November 15, 2022.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 200ppm chlorine final rinse. Chlorine sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm. QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. Test strips available.
Undercounter coolers, milk dispenser compartment next to the ice cream machine, ice cream compartment, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Under counter freezer and walk-in freezer measured measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Burger condiments are time tracked. Temperature logs are well maintained.
No signs of pests observed.
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

NOTE: Ensure milk dispensers are equipped with thermometers.

Overall, facility is well organized.
