All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records were up to date. No evidence of pests, pest control comes on site monthly. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm The dishwasher final rinse cycle reached > 71 C at the plate level. General sanitation was satisfactory.
