It was noted in the report that there were holes in the wall behind equipment. Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all droppings are cleaned and that confirmation that holes in the wall are sealed is provided. Violation Score: 3

Using a a sink in a different area to provide hot water for manual dishwashing and hand washing)
