Observation: New front swing gate entrance - spaces around the base of each gate post and potentially space between both swing gates allow for pest entry.
Corrective Action(s): Enclose the base of gate posts with metal flashing.

If necessary, install a metal strip to provide overlap between swing gates when closed to effectively exclude rodent entry.

Observation: Trace mouse droppings observed along walls, corners and behind upright cooler of dry storage area and behind front prep cooler.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
