Site visited for routine inspection. Facility not in operation as of Jan 1st 2018. All equipment and tools are remaining in facility at this time but no food products in coolers/freezers. Ownership change will occur next month. Facility to be re-organized and cleaned prior to re-opening. Spoke with new operator. No construction is to occur, but replacing donair warmers to regular soup warmers and major cleaning only. Application Form submitted. Floorplan layout, Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan to be submitted within this week.
