Met with owner on site.

General cleanliness and sanitation of the facility has been improved.
Walk in cooler has been organized and food has been covered and protected.

Hot holding units ( samosa's display hot hold units - air temperature observed at 57C - corrected at the time of inspection;
pizza hot hold unit - air temperature was at 62C ).
Both hot hold units are supplied with accurate thermometers

Just ensure to have your daily temperature logs up to date.
