Observation: -Accumulation of debris noted under fridge and freezer units in storage room
-Ceiling is discoloured with build up of grease
-Spills noted under pop machine.
Corrective Action(s): -Thoroughly clean areas noted above to remove dirt, grease, and food debris. Correction date: Sept. 5/17

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 1)Cooler in storage unit has broken gasket/seal and door does not close properly. External display reads 1.5C; however inside cooler is >4C. (Unit is plugged in however manager reported it is not being used)
2)Light fixtures in back food prep area are missing shatterguards.
Corrective Action(s): 1)Repair/replace seal/gasket so that cooler door closes properly and unit is capable of maintaining a temperature of 4C or colder. Do not store anything in cooler until it is in good working order.
2)Install shatterguards on light fixtures or replace bulbs with bulbs that have built in shatter protection.
Both of the above items are pending from the previous routine inspection and need to be addressed.

-Handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Coolers (except for one noted above in storage room) were 4C or colder
-Freezers were -10C to -14C
-Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution (200ppm quats)
-Gravy was being held at 62C
-No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
