Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Spray bottle being used to sanitize surfaces does not have bleach or quats in it
2)Glass washer at 0ppm Iodine
Corrective Action(s): 1)Surfaces must always be sanitized with an approved sanitizer such as bleach at 100ppm and Quats at 200ppm
2) Adjust/repair glass washer so it maintins 12.5ppm of iodine at all times
