Routine inspection

Coolers measured at 4C or colder. Freezer measure at -18 or colder. Sushi cooler measured at 3C. Miso soup kept at 65C.
Sushi rice PH measure below 4.2.
2-Comp sink utilized to wash and sanitized implements. Drying rack noted to be clean.
Bleach-water solution available in 100 ppm concentration. Wiping cloths stored inside the solution. Cutting board and other food contact surfaces are to be sanitized with bleach water after use and between tasks.
Customer washroom maintained.
No sign of pest activity noted at this date.
