Staff moved items above food prep area and were planning to store only food related items (out of boxes) to reduce contamination of food. Also, in dry storage room, there needs to be more organization to prevent contamination of take out containers, etc. Keep all take out containers in original bag if possible too. Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all shelves kept organized and take out containers in bags to reduce contamination. Also, do not store any non food items above food prep area. Violation Score: 3
