-General sanitation is satisfactory although some cleaning is needed in hard to reach areas under shelving -Handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel -Walk-in freezer was at -17C -Coolers were 4C and colder -Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present at 3 compartment sink and in spray bottles -No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
