Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Refer to Code #308
Walk-in cooler not able to maintain 4 C or lower; receipt of technician visit made and requires a part replacement.
Corrective Action(s): Until the repair, all perishable food items must not be stored in the walk-in cooler. Only whole fruits and vegetables allowed to be stored in the walk-in cooler. Operator transferred all meat, dairy, and cut up vegetables to a working cooler. Adequate cold storage available other than the walk-in cooler.
