Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fried tofu insert (front prep cooler) 15 C, product was fried and then placed in prep cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Product discarded.

After tofu is fried place in a food warmer insert to maintain product temperature above 60 C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bowl of raw meat placed in rice cooker on top of rice for staff lunch.
Corrective Action(s): Product discarded.

Do not place secondary food containers together in rice within warmer unit to avoid cross contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice machine - debris build-up on interior of ice machine compartment.

Mouse droppings observed on shelf below front point of sale station and on floor along wall beside grill station.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
