Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # DNGG-CU2U73 of Jul-24-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: - Kitchen handsink (between milk dispenser and waffle maker) water is not mixed at a suitable temperature to facilitate proper handwashing practices. Water measured at 54.1C and appears too hot for food handlers to properly wash their hands. Observed food handlers unable to adequately wet and rinse soapy hands as water was too hot. Correction: - Adjust water temperature mixing valve. Water temperature between 38C to 49C would be acceptable. [Correction Date: Immediately]

- Handsink (between milk dispenser and waffle maker) water temperature mixing valve has been adjusted. Water temperature: 43.8C - Dishwasher plumbing issue has been corrected. Waste water from dishwasher cycle appears to properly drain into designated drain. No waster water back up/ overflow noted at time of inspection. Dishwasher area and surfaces have been cleaned and disinfected. - Low Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 50 ppm chlorine residual. **Ensure all other outstanding items on Inspection Report DNGG-CU2U73 (dated 24-Jul-2023) are completed per noted correction date. -->CORRECTION ORDER RESCINDED Note: Unable to print inspection report at time of inspection.
