Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] (-Mop sink in back is currently obstructed. Clean dishes on dishwasher rack are currently stored on top of mop sink and table is blocking sink. )

-Back dishwashing/mop sink area has been re-organized. Mop sink is now accessible. Additional shelving has been installed to accommodate clean dishes. Ensure area is maintained in this condition.
-Cleaning (detailed in previous report) has been completed. Continue to keep floor clear to facilitate cleaning.
