Follow-up inspection conducted in regards to sanitation and bar area. Refer to report #ATHI-CBQSMP. -Walk-in freezer is now clean and sanitary -Sanitizer in spray bottle available. Tested to be at 100ppm chlorine -Bar area is clean. No ice in the ice machine at the moment and is sanitary -General sanitation has improved. No signature required due to COVID-19 Report to be emailed to operator
