General Comments:
Handsinks and washroom sink's are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Sanitizer solution (100 ppm) present in bucket with wiping cloths and in a spray bottle.
Walk-in cooler : 2 degC
Both display coolers in the front service area are below 4 degC.
Drink cooler in the front service area is 4 degC.
The 3 chest freezers are below -18 degC.
MB upright freezer is -18 degC.
US Refrigeration freezer is -18 degC.
Discussed proper dishwashing procedures.
Complex has a pest control contract in place.
