Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -15C.
-Both sandwich coolers were at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Soup was cooked to greater than 71C prior to hot holding.
-Frozen foods thawing in the walk-in cooler.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded twice daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was dispensing at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff observed practicing good hand hygiene practices at the time of inspection.
-Quats sanitizer pails labelled and tested at 200ppm. Time label placed on pails to be changed every 2 hours.
-Slicer was found be clean and sanitary. Slicer properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods covered and stored off the ground.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until October 2028.
