Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two small upright fridges measured >4C. Milk measured 8.9C internally and was discarded at the time of inspection. Other ingredients (sauces, chopped vegetables) were moved into this fridge this morning, so the inspector instructed the operator to move them to other working cooler until this fridge temperature is lowered to at least 4C.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use these small fridges until they are at or below 4C. Keep thermometers inside to monitor consistently.

- Handsink in the kitchen is maintained
- Large upright cooler and prep cooler measured <4C
- Upright freezers, chest freezer and ice cream freezer measured <-18C
- Low temp dishwasher produced 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface
- Chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottle. Use this to sanitizer counters and food contact surfaces, not lysol
- Ensure that pesticides are stored separately, away from foods/ food prep area
- Dipper well for ice cream scoop is supplied with running water
- Deep cleaning is required throughout the kitchen. (ensure that the walls & floors are free of grease, food spills, grime)
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection
