Observation: Handwashing sink next to the ice cream machine observed to have a leaky pipe and its faucet aerator is plugged to limit water flow.
Corrective Action(s): Service the handwashing sink next to the ice cream machine to prevent pipe from leakying and to unplug the aerator from the faucet. Corrected by: May 5, 2022.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
Premise currently undergoing renovations of the dining room only.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for warewashing. Test strips on-site.
Beverage cooler, under counter cooler, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Ice cream basins measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer, chest freezer, and stand-up freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Burger condiments time tracked with date being disposed of. Chopped vegetable has a shelf life of 4 hours under room temperature indicated on the time stamp.
Ice machines in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: De-clutter the dry storage area to prevent pest harbourage.
