Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small amount of dried on food debris observed on back of deli slicer blade.
Corrective Action(s): Blade was cleaned and sanitized during inspection. Ensure all equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces are properly washed and sanitized to avoid potential contamination of food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar hand washing sink lacked paper towels at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towels provided. Ensure all hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times to facilitate proper hand washing.

Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezers at -18 degrees C or less.
Hot holding internal food temperatures at 60 degrees C or more.
Raw and ready-to-eat properly organized.
Hand washing stations (with exception of bar--corrected) are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Kitchen staff observed following proper hand washing practices.
Other sinks functional (hot and cold running water supplied).
50 ppm chlorine sanitizer was detected at the plate/glass surface for both the kitchen dishwasher and bar glasswasher.
Quats sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles (front and back of house) at 200 ppm.
Equipment (including ice bins/machine and ventilation canopy) in clean condition.
No signs of recent pest activity at time of inspection. Premises serviced by pest control on a monthly basis.
Temperature log sheet available for November, however, not up to date. Temperatures checked daily; log sheet to be kept up to date.
